I recommend BEP for its Yangji rice noodles with a clean, less stimulating broth that is refreshing and deeply flavored, making it a perfect hangover soup. The fried spring rolls were also delicious with a crispy, thin batter and solid filling, complementing the rice noodles well. While popular with office workers, it offers relatively cheap prices for Seongsu.
