On the second day of our Seoul trip, we had a great time getting caricatures drawn and tasting street food in the vibrant streets of Myeongdong. In the early morning, we started our day with delicious bread and coffee at Cafe Onion Anguk, with its tranquil hanok atmosphere. Afterward, at Artist Bakery, we bought crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside salt bread and spicy jalapeño sausage bread and tasted them right on the street – they were truly unforgettable. Travel tips

Myeongdong street food offers a wide variety, so I recommend trying a little bit of several different kinds. If you visit Cafe Onion Anguk early in the morning, you can enjoy the Hanok atmosphere more leisurely. Artist Bakery's bread is most delicious when eaten right after it's freshly baked, so taste it immediately after purchase.
