I visited the International Garden Expo held at Seoul Forest, which gathered many popular spaces like the Pokémon Garden and Dior Garden, making it a great one-day course with Seongsu-dong nearby. I had high expectations as the expo is held annually, and this year it was at Seoul Forest.

Gentle Monster Seongsu is a popular spot, especially among foreign tourists, known not just as a store but as an exhibition space combining large-scale installations and futuristic presentations, making the space itself an art exhibit. The tea house on the top floor also had an atmosphere closer to a modern art exhibition than a cafe.

The ecological forest with the deer enclosure felt incredibly tranquil, hard to believe it was in the middle of Seoul. I could observe wild animals relatively closely from the pedestrian bridge.

Poset Seongsu is like a small postcard museum where I could see a variety of rare cards and postcards, and there was even a space to write letters after purchasing.

Geumgeum Seongsu is a restaurant that offers unique Korean-based dishes, such as aged kimchi tuna mari and octopus soy sauce bibimbap, which felt more like a modern, stylish Korean cuisine reflecting contemporary tastes rather than traditional Korean food.

I visited Unpomo, a space where you can rent film cameras. I found myself drawn to the slow, analog sensibility amidst the fast and clear things, which left a lasting impression.
