I visited Baegok, a hidden restaurant in a narrow alley in Myeongdong, to try their Daeji Gomtang. I found the soup to be very mild and easy to eat, with large, tender slices of pork and rice already included. The ordering system uses a QR code with English support, and the restaurant has single seats, making it good for solo diners.
