I found the tteokbokki here to be deliciously spicy and sweet, with a mix of rice and wheat cakes. The fried items, especially the chili and gyeranmari, were incredibly crispy and clean-tasting, without any greasiness.

I found the jokbal here to be delicious, with a chewy collagen texture and no unpleasant smells, only a pleasant aroma. The makgeolli paired perfectly with it, especially outdoors.

I strongly recommend this shop for its black sesame oil, which is hard to find elsewhere and has a richer, nuttier aroma than regular sesame oil. The owner's apricot kernel oil is also a secret to smooth skin.
