This gopchang place is awesome, offering one of the best intestine experiences in South Korea, with a feast of clean-tasting, garlicky tripe, small intestines, heart, chives, onions, potatoes, and rice cakes that go incredibly well with the fatty meat without feeling overly rich. The garlic tripe is mind-blowing.
When in South Korea, you have to try a place like this for intestines and entrails.
Next time, I will order large intestines in addition to the assorted plate.
