This is a key spot for a bakery tour in Euljiro, where I could taste a wide variety of breads. The Myeongnan Sogeumppang and Bansuk Kareppang were particularly impressive, and the Fruits Sando was also more delicious than expected. The overall quality of the bread was high, and I liked how the flavors of the ingredients were well-preserved.
You must try the Myeongnan Sogeumppang. The harmony of umami and saltiness is superb.
The Bansuk Kareppang was satisfying enough to be a hearty meal.
It's recommended to eat cream-filled Fruits Sando or Melon Bread varieties immediately while fresh.
