In particular, the Myeongran Sogeumppang (pollack roe salt bread) had an explosion of umami, and the soft-boiled curry bread was as satisfying as a meal. This is a key spot for a bakery tour in Euljiro, where I could taste a wide variety of breads. The Myeongnan Sogeumppang and Bansuk Kareppang were particularly impressive, and the Fruits Sando was also more delicious than expected. The overall quality of the bread was high, and I liked how the flavors of the ingredients were well-preserved.
