I found Gyeongbokgung Palace to be an impressive historical site, offering a feeling of stepping back hundreds of years in time, which I absolutely loved.
If you dress up in traditional clothing, you get free entry into the palaces and temples.

I found Gyeongbokgung Palace to be a beautiful and aesthetic place with huge grounds, offering views of the city and mountains, and it's very photogenic, especially for those wearing hanbok.
Arrive a little bit earlier than 10am to get a good spot at the front for the changing of the guard ceremony.

It's cool seeing all the people wearing the hanbok, the traditional Korean wear or gown. It's pretty cool, seems to go on forever. It's like a little mini town in here.
If you're wearing a hanbok into the temple, you actually get in for free.

I decided to enter Gyeongbokgung Palace because the weather was nice and I wanted to walk more. It felt like being in a different space, very peaceful and quiet, especially since it wasn't as crowded as I expected for a weekend. I enjoyed seeing the intricate patterns and the serene atmosphere.

We visited Gyeongbokgung with our family, all wearing hanboks, and after taking pictures, there wasn't much else to do, so we were ready to leave.

I visited the palace and observed its big trees, noting one with '100 arms equal 100 years'.

I found Gyeongbokgung Palace to be a fascinating place, with its ancient temples standing side-by-side with modern skyscrapers, featuring beautiful adornments and picturesque spots like Gyeonghoeru Pavilion and Hyangwonji Pond, all while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere despite many visitors.
Admission to the Palace is free for those wearing Hanbok.

I went to Gyeongbokgung Palace for the limited-time night viewing, but the tickets were sold out.
