I explored Seoul, South Korea, with my two girls, visiting ancient palaces, traditional villages, and hidden streets. We were surprised by how different Seoul felt from our expectations. We saw the changing of the guard at Gyeongbokgung Palace, walked along Cheonggyecheon Stream, and enjoyed a spicy hot pot lunch. We also wandered through Insadong Street, found a cute tea house with shaved ice, and admired the beautiful Bukchon Hanok Village. The people were incredibly friendly and welcoming. — Seoul
