The harmony of fresh yukhoe, sweet pear, and savory egg yolk was perfect here. It was incredibly delicious, full of sesame oil aroma, and the warm, complimentary sogogi muguk was also great. It was the best thing I ate today.
Make sure to mix the egg yolk and pear with the yukhoe and try it. The combination of flavors is truly excellent.
